Another Mudder !!

A steady rain started just before the afternoon race and I was hoping for lousy conditions. All my training has made me look forward to the conditions that everyone else hates! I really didn’t think the course was all that bad. The worst part was that the mud was so slick I had to stop for new gloves almost every lap just to be able to hang on! The seat was like trying to grip ice! New goggles and gloves were a necessity every lap. I had a blast and am really looking forward to Round#12 in St.Clairsville!

The Snowshoe race was awesome! I really like and look forward to the races that everyone else hates. The tougher the better!

I started off on the 48th row and was really looking forward to a good race. I spent my summer break riding several days a week as well as mountain biking several hours a day in hopes to improve my overall’s. I rode conservative in the tough sections and tried to
avoid getting stuck while hanging it out in the fast stuff.

Things worked out well, I won my class and finished a career best of 41st overall.
